6. Do you like to watch?
AR: Who doesn't, really? I'm not a big porno guy, but I'm amazed by people who don't want to see that motion picture image of two people having sex. Even if it were Ed Asner and Bea Arthur, it would still be interesting. It's interesting to watch two people fucking, even if it's disgusting -- and I'm not saying that Ed Asner and Bea Arthur would be disgusting, because I'm fond of both of them. You know, amputees...it'd be worth a few seconds. It may turn my stomach but I'd watch for a while. But I'm not into watching in person. That's too "sitting in a hotel room with a snifter of brandy watching two hookers go at it." I'd just feel irrelevant.
7. Were you ever into one-night stands?
AR: Yeah. But I could never find that whole thing of "no strings attached." Even when it was explicitly stated: "You and I are just friends, and we're gonna fuck around, and it's gonna be great. It's no big thing." She would always say later, "Why didn't you call?" I would think, "Wait, didn't we agree...?" Apparently, we didn't agree.
8. Do you have a persona in bed?
AR: No. My wife and I have this friend who used to say, "Which one of you is the dominant?" Sometimes my wife is, sometimes I am. We have it scheduled out, every other night of the week.
9. How do you like a woman to behave in bed?
AR: I like a woman who enjoys fucking. That's really quite a turn-on. As opposed to a woman who doesn't enjoy it, that's not too much fun.
10. How old were you when you lost your virginity and what were the circumstances?
AR: I was 21 years old. It was with an older woman, and both of us were really bombed. It was sort of a one-night stand. I overthought myself out of fun. My mom was divorced twice, so it was important for me not to get divorced. I would go out on dates and feel like, "The way you eat your soup is so irritating to me, we could never be happy together for the rest of our lives." When I got to my twenties, I decided I had to lighten up or I would never get laid.
11. What was your most memorable sexual experience?
AR: I'm not just going for points with my wife, but it would be the first time my wife and I slept together. I knew right away there was something very special, which is sort of indescribable. It was very powerful.
12. Are you good in bed?
AR: Um, yes. I used to be. Marriage and fatherhood can make you lazy. Well, not so much lazy, as just it becomes less of a priority. You're just tired all the time. You gotta work at keeping it fun.
