Everybody's heard Nelly's trademark line, "It's gettin' hot in here,"
busting out of club speakers for years. But who could have guessed just how hot things would get for this twangy St. Louis superstar? As he drops two new albums on the same day -- the club-oriented Sweat and the smoother, more melodic Suit -- Nelly sits on top of an entertainment empire that includes his own clothing line (Vokal) and an ownership stake in the NBA's newest franchise, the Charlotte Bobcats.
Clearly, Nelly enjoys the hedonistic hip-hop lifestyle. But, as he once sang, "What good is all the fame if you ain't fuckin' the models?" To find out just what Nelly is doing in the sack, we hooked up with him for Playboy.com's Dirty Dozen sex interview. Riding in a limo on his way to a CD release party, the multiplatinum prince of Nellyville told us about which movie star he'd like to get down with, da beauty of "da ass," talking shit in bed and much more.
1. How old were you when you lost your virginity?
Nelly: I was real young. The girl was 15 and I was 12. I lied to her and told her I was older. I was a little hot-ass. It was at my grandparents'. I don't remember it lasting too long, though.
2. Where's the most unusual place you've ever done it?
N: Nowadays, what's considered abnormal? People are doing it all over the damn place. I've been outside, in public places, Laundromats, in the back of a McDonald's. I used to work at a McDonald's.
3. Do you talk dirty during sex?
N: Oh, yeah. We definitely have to talk shit. She's definitely gotta tell me what's goin' on. We've both got to communicate. Once it gets going, you know, I like to see different sides of people. And that's usually a way to find a different side in them.
4. Ever had sex with a groupie?
N: That's kind of hard to say, because you meet a person and you wind up doing it, and then you find out they like you or they like your music. It's probably happened, but it hasn't happened like me walking out of a concert and just grabbing one, no. Not like that.
