PLAYBOY: What was the first thing you dreamed of achieving?
Latesha: I just want to be successful. Seeing my mother’s example inspired me, because she did it by herself. It made me want to do it by myself too.
PLAYBOY: Do you have a favorite travel destination or one that’s on your wishlist?
Latesha: I’m very much a city girl when I travel. I have yet to travel to a beach destination. A dream place would probably be the Bahamas or Hawaii, anything tropical.
PLAYBOY: What are your turn-ons and turn-offs?
Latesha: Someone who has their life together is very much a turn-on. I think that’s the sexiest thing. Being a caring, loving person. Turn-offs…someone who doesn’t know how to dress. When the clothing is mismatched. Purple socks, cargo shorts….no. Flip-flops is a big one too. Sandals with no socks…can’t get around it.
PLAYBOY: What’s your comfort movie, TV show, book, or game?
Latesha: I just enjoy all kids movies, like animation. It reminds me of my childhood. Minions, Trolls. And anything comedy, anything that makes you feel good, I like.
PLAYBOY: What would make you ghost a potential love interest?
Latesha: Any type of disrespect. I just don’t have the time for it.
PLAYBOY: What do you feel is one setback women uniquely face in life, and how do you fight back against that?
Latesha: People not believing in me just because I am a woman. I feel like a lot of women deal with that. The way I deal with it is prove them wrong and work hard.
PLAYBOY: Describe your version of a perfect day.
Latesha: Waking up early, going to Starbucks or 7 Brew. I’m not much of a coffee girl but I do get the energy drink mixes that they have. Hitting the gym in the afternoon, going for a walk with my two little white dogs, Pandora and Cartier.
PLAYBOY: What’s the best life advice you’ve gotten so far?
Latesha: To stay true to who I am and keep doing what I’m doing, and [to] put my whole heart into it.
PLAYBOY: Which women inspire you the most?
Latesha: First of all, my mother. My biggest inspo. I take a lot of inspiration in women from history. Anyone body-positive, I’m very much into that, because I used to be a little overweight myself and struggle with body dysmorphia. Seeing women who put themselves out there, no matter what anyone else thinks.

PLAYBOY: What do you love to splurge on?
Latesha: Oh my goodness, TJ Maxx and HomeGoods. That is my splurge. I go shopping other places, nothing hits like a TJ Maxx.
PLAYBOY: Do you feel like you have a superpower?
Latesha: The ability to do anything if I put my mind to it. I learned how to take photographs, I learned how to use all this software, I learned editing so I can keep everything running on my own. I’m very much a do it myself girl.
PLAYBOY: What’s on your perfect slice of pizza?
Latesha: Very much a meat lovers. Stuffed crust! And Pizza Hut, because it’s a little sweet for some reason.
