THE PLAYBOY CLUB COMMUNITY AND CONTENT GUIDELINES

To maintain a diverse and safe environment that fosters and encourages creativity on the Playboy Club platform (“Playboy Club” or the “Platform”), we have outlined the following Community and Content Guidelines. Capitalized terms used but not otherwise defined in these guidelines have the meanings given to the terms in our Terms of Use and Acceptable Use Policy.
If you see Content on the Playboy Club that you feel violates our Community and Content Guidelines, please report it here. Please also see our Terms of Use and Acceptable Use Policy for more information about acceptable and unacceptable Content.
| We are an 18+ platform. | All Creators and users must be 18 years or older. If the laws of the country, state/province, or jurisdiction where you live provide that you can only be legally bound by a contract with us at an age that is higher than 18 years old, then you must be old enough to be legally bound by a contract with us under the laws of the location where you live. |
| You cannot post any Content on the Platform showing persons under 18, even if the Content is SFW. | |
| No persons under 18 can appear in your live streams, even if the Content is SFW. | |
| You cannot post any photos or videos of you before you turned 18 (i.e., no childhood photos), even if they are SFW. | |
| We are a first party content platform. | Your account on the Platform is for your own use only. Don’t share your account with anyone else. |
| With the exception of multiple Creators posting SFW Content together, you may only post Content showing yourself (i.e., no other individuals). | |
| We do not allow photographer accounts or accounts that post Content of other people. | |
| You must either own your Content (and all intellectual property rights in it) or have a valid license to offer and supply your Content to your Members. | |
| Content with more than one individual | Content with multiple people MUST be entirely safe-for-work. Safe-for-work Content cannot be graphic or sexually explicit in any form. |
| We do not allow sexually explicit content in public spaces on the Platform | You may not post sexually explicit Content in public spaces on the Platform (meaning profile pictures, membership tier descriptions, page banners, etc.). |
| All sexually explicit Content must be behind subscription or messaging areas (e.g., as premium Content, either as a paid unlock or free to subscribers or paying fans only). | |
| Nudity and Explicit Content | Nudity and/or explicit Content is permitted on the Platform by individual Creators posting alone: you must be alone in the Content.You cannot show another person or any part of another person (even if the second person cannot be identified from the Content). * Please note that we do not allow all kinds of explicit Content. Please refer to the Acceptable Use Policy for a list of prohibited conduct. |
| AI | You may only share Content that has been generated, altered, or enhanced by AI if it clearly features and can be identified as you. |
| WHAT WE DO NOT ALLOW: | |
| Multi-person NSFW Content | We do not allow sexual intercourse or any sexually explicit Content with 2 or more people (no 2-person sex acts). |
| Off-Platform Transactions | We do not allow off-platform transactions or the sharing of information that may lead to off-platform transactions or interactions: You cannot use the Platform to meet other individuals for the purpose of engaging in transactions outside the Platform or meeting in person with any user that you met on the Platform.You cannot request or accept payment off-platform (e.g., via CashApp, Venmo, etc.) for any Content or services on the PlatformYou cannot direct users to your profiles on competing sites (e.g. OnlyFans).You cannot ask for or share personal identifying information (e.g., telephone number, e-mail address, physical address, or other personal identifying information) for yourself or another person on the Platform or seek it from anyone else. |
| You cannot post Content that promotes third party commercial activities, such as contests, sweepstakes, and other sales promotions, product placements, advertising, links to third party sites, or job posting or employment ads. | |
| Bullying or Harassment | We do not allow bullying, harassment, threats or hate speech of any kind. You will not publish Content on the Platform that is illegal, fraudulent, defamatory, hateful, discriminatory, threatening or harassing, or that encourages or promotes violence or any illegal activity. If you view any Content as bullying, harassing, threatening, or as hate speech, please report it to [email protected]. |
| Public Nudity | You will not publish Content featuring public nudity if the location where it was recorded or was/is being broadcast is from a country, State, province, or any location where public nudity is illegal. |
| Chatbots | You cannot use AI chatbots or AI-generated chat Content in posts, messages or live streams. |
| Pre-Recorded Content | You cannot play any pre-recorded audio or video material during a live stream or otherwise attempt to pass off recorded material as a live stream. |
| Driving While Live | Creators must not participate in a live stream while driving or operating any type of moving vehicle. |
| Violent or Illegal Activity | Creators may not collect money for an illegal purpose or encourage others to break the law. Creators may not promote illegal weapons, drug manufacturing or distribution, property crime, human or animal abuse of any kind, and illegal betting or gambling products or services. |
| You cannot post any Content that includes or references: real or replica firearms, ammunition or explosive weapons; illegal drugs, or drug paraphernalia for illegal drugs (including marijuana when broadcast from countries, states or provinces where marijuana is illegal);hate speech;escort services or prostitution;“deepfakes” or AI-generated, altered, or enhanced content of someone else;incest;stalking, swatting, and/or similar unlawful harassing conduct in person or online;“revenge porn”;human trafficking, including but not limited to sex trafficking; orescort services or prostitution. | |
| Offensive and Graphic Creations | Do not use the Playboy Club for the glorification of sexual violence (which includes but is not limited to bestiality, rape, sexual assault or abuse, lack of consent, child exploitation, hypnosis, intoxication, torture, sadomasochistic abuse or hardcore bondage, fisting, genital mutilation, necrophilia, urine, scatological, or excrement-related material). |
| Drugs, Medication, and Supplements | Creators are prohibited from encouraging harmful or dangerous behaviors including illegal drug use, irresponsible alcohol consumption, prescription drug abuse, as well as offering any form of medical or alternative medical advice that may put someone at risk. |
| Self-Harm | The Playboy Club does not allow Content that promotes or glorifies self-harm, self-injury, suicide, or eating disorders. If you are concerned that you or someone close to you might be in danger of suicide or self-injury, please contact local authorities or seek help using the following link: http://www.suicide.org/suicide-hotlines.html. If you believe a User is in violation of this policy, we request that you report the incident immediately by clicking here. |
| Sex Work and Sexual Services | Creators may not use the Playboy Club to provide links or other access to pornographic content on any other platform. The Platform’s payment system cannot be used to fund escort activity. |
| Child Safety | It is unlawful to post or share nude Content of any individual under the age of 18, including yourself. As a strong commitment to child safety, we will work with law enforcement and any other appropriate organization whenever we come across child sexual abuse material (“CSAM”). You will not use the Platform to seek, solicit, or communicate with anyone who is under the age 18 or you have reason to believe is under the age of 18. You will not open an account or post any Content on your own account for a person under 18 or with reason to believe that the person is under the age of 18. |
| Alcohol and Smoking | While Creators are welcome to create Content that highlights alcohol and tobacco products such as their favorite cocktails or favorite cigars, Creators are prohibited from offering promotions, coupons, or any other incentives to purchase or obtain alcohol and/or smoking products. |
| Finance and Cryptocurrency | Creators or Members cannot use the Playboy Club to help launch or promote an Initial Coin Offering (ICO) or create an investment scheme. Creators cannot offer coins or cryptocurrency as investments. Creators may not organize benefits designed to commit fraud, such as pyramid or Ponzi schemes. |
| Multi-Level Marketing, Direct Selling and Raffles | Creators and Members may not use the Playboy Club to facilitate direct consumer product sales or Multi-Level Marketing outreach of any kind. Additionally, Creators cannot request payment for raffles or giveaways in any way, as these are subject to state gambling and lottery regulations. |
| Misrepresentation | Creators cannot use Playboy’s trademarks (including, without limitation, the PLAYBOY wordmark and the Rabbit Head logo) without Playboy’s prior written consent in each instance. You cannot impersonate Playboy, one of our employees, another user, or any other person or company or falsely state or suggest any affiliation, endorsement or sponsorship between you and us or any other person or company. Creators cannot post Content that infringes on another party’s intellectual property. To learn more, visit our Terms of Use. Creators cannot create fake pages or collect money for things they are not actually doing. For example, Creators cannot create a fan page for someone else. Creators cannot pretend to be or impersonate someone else by using someone else’s name, brand or Content. Creators cannot create misleading posts or comments on other Creators’ pages to promote their own page. Creators cannot send mass unsolicited private messages asking for support or use incorrect tagging in order to drive more search results. |
