If you think about it, receptionists hold a good bit of leverage in society. At the end of the day, they more or less decide whether you get to actually see your doctor, whether your license gets renewed, whether you even get the chance to have services rendered to you.
Luckily, most receptionists are actually fairly friendly, unless you’re puttering around damnation. Playboy Club Creator Ember Wolf’s take on Loona from Helluva Boss cosplay is one receptionist that’s hotter than hellfire.

Why Ember Wolf loves Loona from Helluva Boss
“I love that she’s sassy, doesn’t take any nonsense, but also has a sweet spot,” Ember told PLAYBOY. “She is also badass and has a cool fashion sense.”

Who is Loona from Helluva Boss?
Imagine, if you will, Hell. Now picture it so chock full of damned souls that it’s over-crowded. Heaven, diligent and efficient bureaucracy that it is, opts to downsize these numbers by simply eliminating souls. Mercenary, but it works. But even Hell has its reformers, looking for kinder, gentler approaches to bringing down the sinner quotient. Hell’s bleeding heart is also its princess, Charlie Morningstar, who’s opened up the Hazbin Hotel as a way to rehabilitate sinners so well that they’re allowed into heaven.
What does this have to do with Loona? Well, it’s difficult to approach a spin-off without naming the show it spun off; in the case of Helluva Boss, it’s Hazbin Hotel. The spinoff follows a gaggle of imps, which are the lowest rung of Hellish society, as they open up a small assassin’s business. Before you even meet the team of expert killers, you have to get through Loona, the receptionist and adopted daughter of its leader, Blitzo. As Ember alluded to, Loona is sassy, cynical, and aloof. But she’s a teenager in literal Hell, so it’s to be expected.
