Despite the diminishing box office returns, the heroes featured in Marvel Comics continue to inspire fans across all popular mediums. At the moment, Marvel Rivals is an action-packed third-person shooter that sports more than 40 million global players. The playable character roster is massive, and includes everyone from Groot, to Venom, Jeff the Land Shark, and all members of the Fantastic Four. Popular cosplayer Holly Wolf’s Sue Storm is an amazing take on the everyone’s favorite Invisible Woman.
Why Holly Wolf loves Sue Storm
“I’ve always loved the Fantastic Four, and I’m a big fan of playing healers in PVP type games,” Holly Wolf told PLAYBOY. “So she was a natural fit for me, and so much fun!”
Holly was one of countless who got hooked on Marvel Rivals when it released late last year. In January 2025, the game’s “Eternal Night Falls” update added the Fantastic Four to the playable characters roster, along with some maps from the popular comic series. The second Holly locked eyes on Sue Storm, she knew she just had to cosplay as her.
“I was like ‘Wow! I look exactly like her,'” Holly says. “Not only her body, but her hair is extremely similar to mine. And I loved her revamped character design. It’s so gorgeous.”
The skintight number was designed by her friend Breakor, who she purchased it from. Eventually, she plans to work in some glowing orbs to help underline the Invisible Woman’s powers. For Holly, dressing up and putting on a show is the secret sauce to her cosplay endeavors.
“I’m so happy to have so many amazing characters to be inspired by, and take creative liberties with,” Holly says. “It’s been so fun to also verge into more video production, and cosplay has played a huge role for me there.

Who is Sue Storm/Invisible Woman?
Sue Storm is one of four exposed to massive amounts of cosmic radiation on a last-minute test flight in space. Storm, her husband Reed Richards, her brother Johnny, and their friend Ben Grimm were granted superpowers that could only be described as “fantastic.” What do you want, it was the ’60s.
Storm was granted the power of invisibility, which also grants her the power to conjure force fields, object manipulation, and of course, flight. In the 2004 Fantastic Four films, Sue Storm was portrayed by Jessica Alba. In the 2015 relaunch, she was played by Kate Mara. But now, all eyes are on Vanessa Kirby, who will portray the Invisible Woman in The Fantastic Four: First Steps later this year.
