To the envy of many, Savannah roots for the Chiefs because of the contagious energy that K.C. plays with. I think every one of us can respect that, especially since she is entering the joint with a mouth-watering plate of nachos.
As Savannah puts it, “This recipe is a game-winning combo of cheesy, spicy, and fresh flavors—perfect for your spread!” Truly, that sounds like a wonderful time to me. Let’s dive in.
To create game day nachos:
Ingredients:
- Tortilla chips
- Cheddar cheese (shredded)
- Ground beef (cooked)
- Jalapeños (sliced)
- Roma tomatoes (diced)
- Fresh lettuce (shredded)
Directions:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F.
- Spread the tortilla chips in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Evenly sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the chips.
- Add the cooked ground beef on top, followed by the sliced jalapeños.
- Bake in the oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and top with diced tomatoes and shredded lettuce.
- Serve immediately and enjoy while cheering on your team!
It’s nearly impossible to go wrong with a recipe like this. Savannah’s method allows for customization and increased portion size when necessary. Regardless of the on-field results, these game day nachos are a win-win!
