His latest series Tulsa King isn’t connected to the Dutton saga, but surgical technologist and Playboy model Carter Ryan is obsessed with it. Here’s why.

Why Carter Ryan loves Tulsa King
“Sylvester Stallone is so great to watch,”Carter told Playboy. “I love that he just is trudging through, even in his age. And he’s still able to do those comedy and action scenes so effortlessly. I hope there’s a season 3.”
How does one even begin to describe Tulsa King? For the uninitiated, the show is sort of a mashup of The Sopranos and All in the Family. It’s a crime drama, yes, but there’s a lot of excellent fish-out-of-water comedy, usually at the expense of a semi-out-of-touch old guy.
He’s allowed a few missteps! New York City mafia capo Dwight “The General” Manfredi spent the last 25 years behind bars. Instead of rebuilding his life in the Big Apple, he’s heading south to Tulsa, Oklahoma, where he plans to start a criminal empire. At first, it’s a bit of a culture shock, but Manfredi is slowly but surely making a name for himself and his cadre of goofy millennial underlings.
Tulsa King will soon wrap its second season, and there’s no news yet on the show’s official third season. However, six weeks ago, Stallone stated in an Instagram post that the crew is “working on the third season at this moment.” Is this a misunderstanding on Stallone’s part? Maybe it’s wishful thinking? Odds are, Tulsa King will not only see a third, but a fourth and fifth season as well. As previously stated, Sheridan simply can’t miss.
“I love all his shows…I’m obsessed with Yellowstone,” Carter says. “His rise reminds me of Shonda Rimes’ when Grey’s Anatomy first came out.”
