Playboy model and Sydney native Mia Moore sits down to chat with us about her aspirations, her passion for self-expression, and the iconic pirate who stole her heart.
Playboy: To start us off, where were you born?
Mia Moore: I was born in Sydney, Australia! It’s a city that feels like home no matter where I travel to, or how much it changes!
Playboy: What was the first thing you’ve ever dreamed of achieving?
Mia: As a kid, I always dreamed of being a performer or an artist. At first, I wasn’t sure what kind of art. I have been a dancer my whole life, I love performing and being on stage! Recently I found my passion in hair and makeup, so creating different looks by turning faces into art became my dream!
Playboy: What is your favorite place to travel to?
Mia: I absolutely love traveling the next place on my list is somewhere warm and sunny.. maybe Italy or Hawaii. The beaches, the vibe, and the culture are just unmatched. Plus, it’s the perfect mix of relaxation and fun.
Playboy: Who was the first fictional character that you fell in love with?
Mia: I’d have to say Jack Sparrow from Pirates of the Caribbean. That rebellious, carefree energy is so captivating, and who doesn’t love a sexy pirate?
Playboy: What are you passionate about?
Mia: I’m passionate about self-expression. Whether it’s through makeup, tattoos, or fashion, I believe in letting your individuality shine. I’m also really passionate about helping people feel their best, whether it’s making them look gorgeous or giving them that extra confidence boost!
Playboy: What are some of your favorite fashion brands and fashion icons?
Mia: I love edgy, bold fashion, so brands like Alexander McQueen and Prada are my go-to for inspiration. As for icons, I’ve always admired Vivienne Westwood. [Also]Gwen Stefani for her fearless style and how she’s never afraid to push boundaries.
Playboy: What would make you ghost a potential suitor?
Mia: If someone can’t be upfront and honest from the start, I’m out. I don’t have time for games or drama—if you can’t be real, then we’re not vibing.
Playboy: Describe your perfect day.
Mia: My perfect day would start with a morning beach walk followed by brunch with my bestie. Then I’d spend the afternoon doing a creative makeup session or photoshoot. I’d wrap the day up with a chilled night, maybe watching a movie or massage then having dinner with loved ones.
Playboy: What food do you reach for when you’re feeling blue?
Mia: Definitely ice cream or chocolate—anything with chocolate, really! It’s my ultimate comfort food.
Playboy: What’s the best piece of advice you were ever given?
Mia: “No matter how you feel, get up, dress up, show up, and never give up.” It reminds me to seize opportunities and make the most out of every situation, no matter how I may feel, to just keep going.
Playboy: What’s your favorite thing to splurge on?
Mia: Makeup! I don’t mind spending extra on top-tier products that make me feel and look my best.
Playboy: What’s a talent you wish you had?
Mia: I wish I could sing! I’d be famous by now surely!
