If lovely women, fast cars and picturesque beaches are your thing, then you’ll want to know Taylor Gallo. This Playboy Club creator from the “Sunshine State” radiates all things fun and positive. You may even recognize her from our Art Basel event in Miami. Follow along as Taylor chats to PLAYBOY’s Gabriel Santiago.
PLAYBOY: Let’s start at the beginning—where are you originally from?
Taylor Gallo: I was born in Miami and raised in the Florida Keys, which is a chain of islands off the coast of South Florida. The Keys are known for things such as marine sanctuary, fishing and unique geography. It’s paradise, basically, and very much like growing up in on an island. It’s very low key and laid-back!
PLAYBOY: How did you first fall in love with motorsports?
Taylor Gallo: So, I actually was raised on video games my entire life, and specifically, the ones that involved car enthusiast tastes. My top three video games series were Need for Speed, Forza and Grand Theft Auto. That’s initially what got me into motorsports.
PLAYBOY: Undoubtedly, you look good posing next to any car, but what are your favorite vehicles to shoot with?
Taylor Gallo: I love classic Italian cars. For example, the Lamborghini Diablo or Countach, or a Ferrari F40. They are classic and have a timeless style that you can’t really compare to modern day vehicles. It brings a sense of nostalgia going back to when I originally first fell in love with cars. It also brings elegance and a historical significance. There’s sentimental value behind that. For me, it’s not just about the looks.
PLAYBOY: In your opinion, what are some of the best attributes of the Miami car scene?
Taylor Gallo: I would say Miami is known for its abundance of luxury, sports and exotic cars like Ferrari, Lamborghini, Rolls-Royce etc. You literally can’t drive in Miami without seeing at least one of those. Miami also offers some of the most iconic streets and scenic drives that you can find from the movies and TV, such as Scarface, Miami Vice and 2 Fast 2 Furious. It’s so timeless and iconic when it comes to the cars. Being in Miami, I’m literally placed in the perfect area for all of this.
PLAYBOY: So how did your relationship with PLAYBOY initially form?
Taylor Gallo: I joined the PLAYBOY Club! From there, Playboy reached out for an interview via Zoom, and next thing I knew, I was at a fitting for the F1 Miami Grand Prix at the beginning of 2024. After that, I went to PLAYBOY’s casting in Miami, and the rest is history!
PLAYBOY: I saw you were partying with PLAYBOY at Art Basel! How was that experience?
Taylor Gallo: My gosh, that was such a monumental moment for me. Between putting on the original PLAYBOY Bunny costume and learning how everything goes on correctly, it was just such an iconic moment. Not everybody’s actually able to experience the real deal. You have the costumes for Halloween, but it does not compare to the authentic one.
The entire trip, I was in shock that this was actually happening. Overall, it was super fun. The “cherry on top” was meeting all the other bunnies that were there. They were super sweet and just made the trip that much more enjoyable—it was such a good experience.
PLAYBOY: Your Audi R8 is a beautiful machine. What about this car is most captivating to you?
Taylor Gallo: I love this car for so many reasons. It is a timeless beauty between the interior and exterior. It really doesn’t look like it’s almost 10 years old. Unlike many supercars, the R8 can be driven daily. Audi is known for its high-quality build standards! My only gripe is that it doesn’t have Apple CarPlay. Still, for a 2015 vehicle, it is really ahead of its time. From there, I’m able to actually build it myself, adding on my own taste to really make it mine.
PLAYBOY: Do you have any New Year’s Resolutions? If not, what are you most looking forward to in 2025?
Taylor Gallo: I do have a few in mind, but I don’t like to tell people my plans because I like to show them my results instead!
PLAYBOY: Going forward, what should PLAYBOY readers look out for from Taylor Gallo?
Taylor Gallo: I like to try new things. I also like to keep my audience and viewers entertained. I don’t necessarily like to niche down, although people say you should. I would like to eventually launch my own project, whether it be merchandise, a calendar or something along those lines. That has always been a goal of mine.
