These charming figures are designed by Chinese toy artist Skull Panda, and first released in 2018. These figures are child-like toys with eye-catching designs, outfits, and accessories. There are 11 different series of figurines that usually match a theme including Ancient Castle and The Ink Plum Blossom.
“[Blind Boxes] are just little knick knacks that you don’t know which one you’ll get, it’s very fun!” Cam said. “Skull Pandas are just so sick, every single one is in a different style with different theming, and they’re the coolest little collectables.”
Skull Panda figures add a smack of personality to any desktop, and make excellent gifts for anyone who’s cultivating a kawaii aesthetic. Cam isn’t the only person obsessed with these adorable figures. The Ancient Castle series famously sold 60,000 in a second when it first released in 2020.
Cam is also really into similarly popular Sonny Angels.
“They come with all types of different hats and they’re adorable,” Cam said. “Sonny Angels are just the cutest.”
