There are few outfits more iconic than a Slave Leia costume. It’s a must-have for any costume collection that works great for themed parties, events, or even for those more private playful moments. As an avid cosplayer myself, I understand how challenging it can be to find the perfect version of your favorite character (or even more daunting – trying to make it yourself). It might seem tempting to buy the first Slave Leia cosplay you see, but we all know that not all cosplays are created equal, and the last thing you want is to have reality not meet your expectations!

Best Slave Leia Costumes
1. Fofoduck, $28.98
The first option arrived quickly and came out of the bag without any snags or cosmetic issues. The bra top and skirt have easy to adjust buckles, while the hardware was secure and well attached. The fabric had enough real estate to cover those of us on the thicker side (and at least up to an E cup for the size large), but the fabric itself was noticeably see-through. Overall, the color is a miss for screen accuracy. The best feature of this Slave Leia costume is the velcro attachment on the neck piece. It’s made with a softer velcro and fastens in a way that won’t irritate your neck while you wear it.
Summary: Option one is best for larger cup sizes and it has solid construction and good details, while being a miss on the overall color.
2. Little Beauty Women, $26.39
Option two has a pretty different construction for the bra top that will result in some of the gold trim cutting you off across the cup, and it’s definitely aimed towards cosplayers with a smaller cup size. The various hardware and buckles have easy to use size adjustments, while the bottoms offer booty shorts-style coverage rather than the cheekier style in the first costume. The color is a miss again, with an orange base and a brown skirt.
Summary: The second Slave Leia costume option is better suited to smaller cup sizes or if you prefer a fuller coverage bottom.
3. UIWFJEH, $27.99
The third option turned out to be identical to the second option, but with a few cosmetic flaws. There were loose stitches on the bra straps and extra bunching along the front of the skirt. This Slave Leia costume choice also seems to run a bit larger, which might indicate inconsistency with the manufacturer for both of these sellers. The velcro on the neck piece also doesn’t lay flat, which may cause extra irritation.
Summary: The third option is identical to the second, but with construction flaws.
Our favorite
Overall, my pick for your Slave Leia Cosplay is the first on this list. The better velcro placement and size accuracy makes this the best staple for your costume closet. Plus, less coverage on the bottom half seems like a pro rather than a con when it comes to this cosplay.
